The Analytic Consultant within the Consumer Insights Team is responsible for the execution, managing, and delivery of projects, and is expected to manage client relationships independently.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reporting to a project lead, be responsible for the successful execution of customized studies, including questionnaire design, project management and execution, analysis and report writing.
- Manage clients and their respective projects under supervision of a Senior researcher, including handling project-related client correspondence as needed and making actionable recommendations to support key business objectives
- Possibly conduct verbal presentation of the findings, either partial or full presentation to the client for projects of medium/medium-low complexity
- Support the senior consultants in driving revenue by delivering excellent project work that results in repeat business
- Relate with the vendors during the research process: set-up, fieldwork coordination and update
- Relate with TCS for data processing and charting
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Solid understanding of the market research or FMCG sector with interest and knowledge of consumer marketing, statistics, consumer insights methods and approach (both qualitative and quantitative)
- Preferred professional experience in market research either in a research agency or on client-side
- End-to-end project management skills (from project start to presentation)
- Client-facing and communication/presentation skills as potential to develop and next step for personal growth
- Full proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel (medium)
- Italian: Mother Tongue or Fluent, written and spoken
- English: Fluent, written, and spoken
- Preferable: knowledge of advanced statistics (data mining; predictive statistical models; multivariate analysis, data processing)
