BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Support the Investor Relations team in day-by-day activities as organizing meetings with investors, preparing key financial documents, and managing agendas and schedules.

In this role, you will: Support the IR and Corp. comm team in the following activities: Organize and schedule meetings with investors or financial events such as earnings calls, conferences, and roadshows, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
Maintain and manage the team's agenda, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of materials.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation required for investor meetings and financial disclosures.
Preparation of benchmarking analysis and reports of peer performance to be shared with the top management Monitoring on sector research to maintain the consensus updated Provide general administrative support to the Investor Relations team as needed.

For this role, we're looking for someone with: Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Attention to details, analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
