BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB Support the Investor Relations team in day-to-day activities such as organizing meetings with investors, preparing key financial documents, and managing agendas and schedules. In this role, you will: Organize and schedule meetings with investors or financial events such as earnings calls, conferences, and roadshows, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently. Maintain and manage the team's agenda, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of materials. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation required for investor meetings and financial disclosures. Prepare benchmarking analysis and reports of peer performance to be shared with top management. Monitor sector research to maintain updated consensus. Provide general administrative support to the Investor Relations team as needed. Update the investors' meetings database. What makes you, makes our team For this role, we're looking for someone with: Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work under pressure. Strong personal interest in the luxury business. Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
