Junior Analyst - Corporate Real Estate

Perform support activities related to the Group Corporate Real Estate, related to all Architectural and administrative aspects.Main Activities & Responsibilities:To support the Manager in monitoring all architectural and construction activities related to the Group officesTo prepare test-fit solutionsTo prepare feasibility studies, to evaluate locations and estimate budgets and timingsTo file all produced documents both technical and administrative and organize research system.To keep relationship with Finance, Procurement and Legal Department for preparing the Real Estate contracts.To manage the technical documents, supporting the preparation of the half - year office reporting.Administrative supervision of foreign office's contracts.Personal Attributes:Degree in Architecture or related Interior DesignFluent in English, every other language would be a plusAt least 2 years of experience in the Architectural Department or within design functionsProblem solvingDetail oriented.
