The Opportunity We are seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join our team as a Junior Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounts payable, with proven skills in accounting. The position requires an organized, efficient, and goal-oriented individual with communication skills and analytical skills. The candidate will be placed within the finance department reporting to the Head of Finance Operation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Management of the AP cycle, in compliance with suppliers' payment deadlines and priorities set by managementManagement of the Agents' invoices and all administrative and fiscal issuesSupport the various company departments in the correct feeding of Purchase Requests in the dedicated applicationSupport and monitor the GFS team for AP topicsCollaborate with other team members to provide any clarification needed to finalize statutory and regulatory reportingPerform second-level controls on outsourced activitiesWho Are We Looking For We look for big thinkers. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on AP, plus if Agents' invoicesGood understanding of financial and accounting principlesAdvanced computer skills, (MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
