Junior Accounting Specialist

ELEMASTER HEADQUARTERS Site: Elemaster Headquarters Italy – Lomagna (LC) Department: Administration Job description: The resource will be placed within the administration office reporting directly to the finance & administration manager and will support the payable and receivable accounting.
In addition, the resource will be managing the transition of the accounting receivable processes from the Romanian site to the Italian Headquarters.
Specifically, he/she will deal with: Booking vendor invoices, payments and cash receipts; Analysis and resolution of all non-complying vendor invoices Prepayment management Credit management Accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations Bank statements reconciliations Monitoring Financial charges Requirements: 1 -2 years of experience in the accounting office general accounting knowledge good knowledge of the English language, spoken and written (for contacts with Romania) good knowledge Office package, in particular Excel Direct Supervisor: Finance & Administration Manager Employment Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
