Your contribution to the energy transition
As a Junior Accountant, you are responsible for operative and administrative activities related to the Company's accounting. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, you can look forward to the following tasks:
Capturing customers and suppliers' invoices and other daily transactions in general and analytical accounting.
Value-Added Tax (VAT) monthly/quarterly and yearly reports and declaration: printing of monthly settlements, assist in preparation and submission of VAT/Intrastat returns, including timely payment of all VAT amounts due and collaboration with external tax consultants for VAT yearly declaration.
Professionals withholding tax accounting and management, and support to external tax consultants for withholding yearly declaration.
Manage all the administrative tasks in collaboration with the admin team.
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records for the JUWI Italy Group according to Italian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standard.
Assist with the preparation of the annual financial statements of all Italian Group companies.
Perform any other ad-hoc controlling task, as required, in collaboration with the Finance team.
Assist in reporting to other stakeholders, as required (internal and external).
Assist in intercompany reconciliation.
Collaborate with the fiscal and payroll consultant.
Ensure compliance with other statutory requirements.
Pay slips accounting.

You impress us with these qualifications:
At least 1 year experience as an accountant in an international environment preferred.
Bachelor or Master of Science in Economics.
High School Degree in accounting/ragioneria preferred.
Understanding of Italian GAAP accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
Knowledge of main VAT and Withholding tax compliance and deadlines according to Italian laws.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of Excel.
Fluent in Italian, proficient in English - professional level.
