The resource will support all activities within the AFC area and in particular:
Registration of supplier invoices in general and analytical accountingIssuance of sales invoicesValidation of customer and supplier recordsArchiving of administrative documentationManagement of the car fleetManagement of expense reportsRequirements: Diploma from a commercial technical institute or experience in a similar roleGood knowledge of the Office packageFair knowledge of the English languageThe profile is completed by: good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, reliability, discretion, precision, and respect for deadlines.
