This position is related to the world of sales within the public sector. As a presale specialist, the candidate will manage the end-to-end solution design phase ensuring high-quality technical solutions in complex deals and tender responses (including cost estimation). Working closely with customers as a trusted partner and consultant, the candidate must be able to identify customers' needs and customize the technical solution.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
High-level design (including cost evaluation) for complex integrated solutions. Tender, RFQ, Framework Agreement management regarding technical evaluation, solution design, and documentation creation. Plan and co-ordinate the activities of the design phase, managing priorities and time schedule. Coordinate other Vodafone units and vendors to design the solutions in line with customer expectations. Lead ICT Consulting companies/System Integrators/SW vendors/TLC Networking Vendors in the design phase implementing the most effective and efficient customer solutions. Ensure that the solution designed adheres to customer requirements or RFQ constraints and provide input to Profit and Loss, negotiating cost, technical risks, and activity planning with third parties. Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Good communication and relationship skills. Good understanding of corporate governance in complex organizations. Good knowledge of TLC/ICT market and solutions for Corporate and Public Administration customers. Good knowledge of tender management and technical responses. Must have technical/professional qualifications:
2+ years of technical experience in international and highly complex organized structures. Relevant higher education in ICT field. Strong attitude to problem solving. Fluent in English.
