The person will work within the Marketing Department, with the Visual Merchandising team, collaborating to give consistency and clarity to the brand image across the network.
The resource will focus on point-of-sale activities, to ensure the proper implementation of Marketing calendar activities and to provide stores with planned communication materials.
She / He will be aligned with all other Marketing areas and will be in contact with other strategic departments such as Collection, Merchandising and Administration.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Collaborate on the creation of the communication materials package (seasonal, for new openings / renovations, etc.) based on the Marketing calendar and Store Construction planning. Keep up to date the store database (type of display spaces, planned POP materials, photo reports, etc.) to check that the stores are always aligned with the activities scheduled in the calendar. Manage administration activities: costs allocation, upload orders in the system, manage suppliers' quotations, check invoices. Support the proper flow of information, both between headquarters and the field and with agencies and suppliers. Be involved in the set-up of mock-ups, showrooms and store events. QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Marketing / Communication or related field. Organization, a good level of autonomy and propensity for problem solving. Positive approach, ability to work in a team and relate to different stakeholders (internal and external to the company). Creativity, aesthetic taste and attention to detail and customer needs. Knowledge of the Office Suite. LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
