In the role you will have the chance to develop technical skills as well as management consulting skillset.We are looking for someone who has:Strong leadership and influencing skills, with emphasis on achieving results and managing autonomously the interactions and relationship with the Business Unit Management team.Strong collaboration and team working skills.Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and workstreams, to guide complex projects with multiple stakeholders, to prioritize multiple deliverables to meet deadlines, and to be goal-oriented.Ability to work in a structured way, setting clear goals and monitoring results as well as the ability to organize their activities/tasks and to guide initiatives involving multi-functional teams with many colleagues.Capacity to work in fast changing environment and attitude in driving change across the acquired companies.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, to resolve complex situations and to find alternative and practical solutions..Strong quantitative skills, including modelling and use of ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skills, including power point presentations; ability to lead/coordinate meetings with multiple participants/interactions.Requirements:1- 2 years of experience as a Consultant in Strategy and Management Consulting FirmsAlternatively, we also value experienced PMs coming from a career in Corporate organizations, within Strategy, Transformation, Business Development, familiar with working in a large organisation (e.g., working cross-functionally/departmentally) and in fast changing environmentsMSc in Economics or EngineeringItalian and English proficient knowledgeWhat we offer:We know that People are our competitive edge.
