Pioneering Spirit: Experience the satisfaction of being part of a pioneering movement towards a more sustainable industry YOUR TASKS: The main task of the Jr. Service Sales Manager is to actively discuss and sell spare parts, services and upgrades to our customers in Italy, Greece and Croatia as well as renew existing maintenance & service agreements.
The position is located in Rome, the key accountabilities are: Actively selling to strategic key customers incl.
: preparation of project specific pricing & solutions professional presentation of offerings including value based price argumentation Management of large tenders in regards to various after-sales matters (preparation of documents and interface to other departments) Support in the evaluation and development of a tailored sales strategy for the typical customers segments in Italy, Greece and Croatia Sharing of best practice experiences of within our European sales community Support in the negotiation of service contract renewals as well as support level agreements Act as account manager for Italian customers in all commercial aspects by following the process from the offer/negotiation to the agreement closing Continuous market observation of customer needs, trends und competitor analysis in order to support in the development of the service product portfolio Regularly and promptly updated the line manager and/or other stakeholder YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Law Master's degree or other advanced certification in a related area would be an asset At least 3/5 years of relevant experience within the after-sales business or negotiation of service contracts, in sales contract management and / or sales experience in capital goods industry Sales professional with proven track record and willingness to win Experience with sales to utilities or from wind industry / power generation is an asset International / -cultural experience of the target markets Proactive and result orientated with strategic and analytical skills Excellent in both written and spoken English and Italian.
Further language skills would be an advantage.
