JR PROJECT MANAGER/CONSULTANT (CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGEMENT TEAM)The Professional Services team supports the clients in the adoption of Vivocha product and ensures that the clients leverage the full potential of Vivocha.
Working in Vivocha offers the opportunity to learn and work with top-notch technology.
The job role is part of the Professional Services Team, which aims to customize and extend the capabilities of the Vivocha platform for specific client needs.
Major Job Responsibilities Prepares project proposals, technical specifications, and work plans.Coordinates related activities for multiple technical projects, including task and milestone tracking, scheduling project meetings, documentation writing, and regular communication with stakeholders.Acts as the focal point for the client on specific projects.Ensures that projects proceed according to approved schedules and work plans.Works closely with developers to ensure that the solution adheres to the requirements.Revises, evaluates, and tests technical solutions.Organizes and leads project meetings.Fosters communication and collaboration across Vivocha.Gathers business needs and helps to map them into technical requirements using a consultative approach.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of education and relevant experience.Minimum of 3 years of progressive software analysis, development, and implementation experience.2 or more years of IT project management experience or in a consultant role.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proven ability to coordinate projects with technical components.Familiarity with web technologies and mobile solutions.Skilled at multitasking, motivating team members, and keeping activities moving on multiple fronts.Effectively communicates complex information across technical and non-technical audiences.Excellent written and oral communication skills (Italian and English).Ability to contribute to cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Enjoys working with both technology and people.Willing to have a client-facing role.Willing to travel and meet clients in Italy or eventually abroad (max 40% time).Naturally inclined to positively face problem resolution through collaboration among different teams inside Vivocha.
