Job Description We have an opening for a highly motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering, Maintenance and Technical Services Unit.
Reporting to the Unit Director, the incumbent will be involved in supporting and cooperating with the maintenance team.
Key responsibilities: Review and prepare Work Order Plan on ERP to actualize current and future activities to international standards, users requirements, process specifications and EHS standard operating procedures; Define with Maintenance Manager the priorities harmonizing ordinary, extraordinary, planned and unplanned activities related to facilities, utilities, HVAC, laboratories equipment and technical furniture; Support Maintenance Team program through detailed scheduling; Support Maintenance Manager to keep under control deadline of periodic checks (PED, electrical plant, fire systems etc.)
and relative documentation; Prepare and review standard operating procedures for GMP and non – GMP application; Support spare parts and technical warehouse management; Review and improve maintenance metering system, standardize maintenance reports, propose and implement small maintenance projects for continuous improvement; Introduce reliability program on maintenance; Collect and evaluate data, and develop plans; Maintain and upgrade maintenance documentation of the plants / Site (datasheet, technical specifications, manuals, electrical drawings etc.
); Develop EHS culture through improvement projects and supporting internal / external audit preparation; Competencies and skills: Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic work environments; Proactive mindset and a team-building spirit; Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration; Analytical and detail-oriented approach to tasks; Results-driven personality with high level of enthusiasm, energy and confidence; Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently; Effective problem solving abilities; Ability to work well under pressure.
Qualifications Master's degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronic, electronic, electrical or information technology); Good knowledge (written and spoken) of the English language (which will be verified through hoc tests and interviews during the selection); Basic knowledge of Autocad; Autonomy with the main applications of the MS Office; Minimum experience of 1 – 2 years in the sector will be a plus; Knowledge of CMMS software (in particular Microsoft Navision Dynamics) will be a plus.
