The position holder is responsible for the Company's commercial assets and performance developing the specific P&L and delivering the growth and profit objectives.
Key Accountabilities: The position holder is responsible for business development by managing current and perspective Clients, while ensuring a high - level execution & strategy implementation In particular, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage Key Accounts activities including annual negotiation phase. Organize and manage sales activities for Key Accounts as per annual budget, and in accordance with the trade policy guidelines. Implement projects and special initiatives aimed to expand commercial market success. Drive brands distribution within the assigned customers. Guarantee – in collaboration with the Marketing Function– the correct implementation of the brands image within point of sales and work closely with Marketing Department to enable a detailed plan to sustain sell-out and sell-in implementing Marketing Plans. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Key Accounts management in order to deeply understand customer needs and business opportunities, also monitoring KPIs. Ensure orders collection and definition in accordance with centrally defined business policies, including credit management. Work in close collaboration with the Finance and Accounting Department to monitor financial risk and the invoicing process. Oversee periodical audits at the points of sales of the assigned Key Accounts in order to ensure that ongoing commercial agreements are complied with, and subsequently report any corrective measures necessary for the resolution of any identified shortcomings. Collect, analyze and share with the management information about market performances, new trends and needs for different accounts, competitor activities. Desired skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role; eyewear industry activity is a plus. Fluently in English – both oral and written A combined experience of Client management/ Business Development/ Marketing. Strong analytical and commercial skills. Capacity to analyze different sources of data to identify opportunities and to come up with solutions and plans, displaying strong analytical and commercial skills. Ability to work in a multi-functional matrix organization. Strong collaborative skills. Self-motivated with attention to detail. Structured mindset, intellectual integrity and flexibility. Open to travel in different cultural environments. MS office.
