Job Title: Demand Planning Specialist Activities The candidate will join the "Regional Demand Planning" team and will have the chance to be more and more independent throughout the internship in managing project and activities such as: Support Italian Market for S&OP process activities.
Development and implementation of root cause analysis models Improvement & automation of reporting systems (daily/weekly/monthly) Support in building KPI dashboards that support the regional review and decision making (PowerBI / Excel) Training objectives: Knowledge of the organizational model and the different commercial strategies of the markets in scope.
Understanding of the notions linked with the demand forecast and its implications vs other functions.
Skills to be acquired: Teamworking attitude Stress management Problem-solving attitude & organizational skills Proactive and prepositive attitude Good communication skills IT Skills - Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerBI in particular).
Knowledge of SAP/APO is a plus.
Knowledge of other tools for statistical analysis/business intelligence is a plus.
