Currently we are seeking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Jr Brand Manager - Primary Care.
The role will be part of the Primary Care Marketing team covering cardiovascular, migraine, COVID and Vaccines therapeutic areas to support brand/customer strategies, plan and tactical execution with a close eye on performance measurement and omnichannel approach.
Key Experience Offer of this Role Reporting to Primary Care Marketing Lead, the role has a continuous relationship with Sr Brand Managers in the team and all relevant internal stakeholders on the assigned tasks & projects (e.g.
omnichannel marketing, sales, medical, regulatory, legal & compliance) and the external parties of collaboration, when necessary, i.e.
marketing agency.
Support the development and implementation of strategically and cross-functionally aligned customer-focused brand plans, programs and initiatives for the local market to ensure Pfizer meets Brand Revenues and Profit goals.
Support the development of brand operating plan with senior marketing colleagues, working together with all the relevant functions in the identification of customer needs, critical success factors and brand opportunities and issues, and in the definition of all brand programs and initiatives with clear objectives, resources and KPIs.
Closely cooperate with FF and Medical to effectively coordinate the implementation of brand plans through the development of specific plans of action, implementation of activities, attendance at major programs, leading of brand workshops and/or during cycle meetings.
Primary Responsibilities Drive flawless execution of the marketing & communication activities.
Support the development of country customer-focused brand operating plan, working together with all the relevant functions to identify customer needs, critical success factors and brand opportunities and issues, and to define brand initiatives with clear objectives, resources and KPIs.
Collaboration, in a OnePfizer approach, with the Omnichannel Marketing Team and other collective advantage functions for the development and implementation of initiatives and campaigns that can support the improvement of the patient journey and/or customer-centric projects.
Data analysis/KPI to support marketing strategy and execution definition & evaluation.
Support the implementation of Global/ICO projects and promotional campaigns, ensuring local approval and cooperating with Medical Managers for the adaptation according to local needs and Pfizer internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Support marketing spending accountability within the team.
What You Offer Basic Qualifications University Degree (scientific or economic).
Previous experience, also as internship, in the pharmaceutical & health industry or marketing roles.
Fluency in Business English and Italian.
Good knowledge of computer skills and web marketing (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word etc).
Business Acumen - understanding of revenues drivers for the brand in local Country.
