RoleThe Sales Associate, reporting directly to the store management team, will act as a Brand Ambassador, guiding and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process.
ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with an international clientele, providing product details and information about PVH Italy's values.Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve set goals.Promote the company culture and brand image as a Brand Ambassador.Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work environment.Assist in maintaining Visual Merchandising standards.Check stock on the sales floor, replacing items as necessary to ensure the full range of products and sizes is available.RequirementsPrevious experience in a retail role.Dynamic with strong operational and organizational skills.Excellent personal presentation and grooming.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Availability to work shifts, especially on weekends.What We OfferA corporate culture that promotes development, offering training and learning opportunities through our PVH University.
