Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field. Leadership experience:
Proven experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry. Technical knowledge:
Solid knowledge of software development methodologies, IT operations and IT security best practices. Work mentality:
Proactive, independent and hands-on approach with an entrepreneurial mindset in finance. Regulatory knowledge:
Experience with regulations such as ISO, MiFID and UCITS. Industry experience:
