Primary Responsibilities Answering phones and customer intake Perform detailed and accurate data entry into the Customer Management system Prepare emails and written correspondence Create and maintain spreadsheets including Google Sheets and Excel Support with assembling job files and completing quality reviews Communicate with key stakeholders within the job production process Assist other departments as needed Qualifications 1+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience Experience in service industry environment a plus Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment Proficient in Google Sheets and Google documents Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software Minimum of HSD/GED Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Hours 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Pay Rate Competitive pay based on experience Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
