Jewelry Product Marketing Director

**BVLGARI**, the magnificent Italian jeweler, is looking for a **Jewelry Product Marketing Director** for its Jewelry Business Unit based in **Rome**.
In charge of a senior team, s/he will define the marketing plan and will lead the 360 projects development for the assigned product category.
**Main accountabilities**
- Strategy / Analyse the market, study business potential, and define right business models
- Roadmap/ Share a vision and manage 3-5 years plan
- Portfolio / Push innovation through competitors' analysis, consumers needs and optimize the existing offer
- 360 / Responsible for concept & 360 development on existing and novelties, propose investment on/off strategies and ideas
- Profit / Study long term profit improvement initiatives & encourage savings
- Management / manage the team and push empowerment, entrepreneurship, and collaboration
**Profile**:
**Qualifications and technical skills**
- 10-12 years of product marketing experience (with 3 to 5 years direct people management), coming from hard luxury, luxury, beauty or fashion industries.
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Able to manage projects having both skills to step back and to focus on details
- Be project driven and able to prepare brief for product concepts, developments and 360 activities
- Be client centric and able to cooperate with markets in the development of ad hoc product collections
- Liaise with the communication, image, and trade marketing departments to have a coherent product strategy
