We are looking for a strong leader that can set direction and can drive implementation based on proven knowledge and experience in the field of ERP Master Data and process governance solutions.
The PLO - Master Data Governance role is part of the Master Data Management (MDM) PL within the global Supply Chain Technology (SCT) Plan & ERP team.
The Master Data Management (MDM) PL is a growing and exciting product line that owns data management, data governance and data quality products that are deployed across segment, globally, and integrated with multiple product line capabilities across the Supply Chain.
**Responsibilities**:
- The PLO is responsible for product line technological vision, strategy and delivery of product roadmap for Data Governance (workflow) capability for Janssen Supply Chain.
- The PLO will act as strategic partner to global and functional data stewards and business leadership teams.
He/She will lead solution design, validation, and collaborate with the business process and product owners to co-innovate and shape product roadmap.
- Prioritizes product demand & backlog - understands economic models to manage prioritization and applies design thinking.
Negotiate with the business to see what items are built and which are backlogged based on capacity, business value and priority.
- Accountable for planning, execution, and deployment of the master data process governance (workflow) capability for Janssen Supply Chain and the integration with the ERP ecosystem.
- Partner with the Business Technology Leaders (BTL), Technology Services, Enterprise Architecture (FEA) and Business Partners to implement sustainable end-to-end Supply Chain master data process design for Material, Supplier and Customer data domains and including functional master data objects within each process stage gate.

- Help Shape and Grow JJT organization to enable a global intake, build and sustain process that will drive parallel program releases and on-going operations, projects and enhancements as TranSCend goes live.
- Act as key technical advisor to project teams and manage medium to large sized projects.
Define project scope, business benefits, project budget and potential risks & constraints.
- Coordinate, lead, coach, motivate and inspire the team to both deliver on agreed plans and foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Work with strategic vendors and build strong collaborative relationships and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes.
- Track progress of all project deliverables in the context of the larger program, using Agile methodologies and tools and PMx framework.
Support financial planning and manage budget and spend using PMT tools.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates and communications (verbal and written) to the Business and Technology Leadership teams, and extended business partners.
