Our Finance Team provides support and insight for the business through planning, analyzing, and reporting.

As an IVPG Pumps Project Controller, you will:
- Managing the controllership and financial reporting of projects in accordance with internal control rules.
- Ensuring project accounting is in accordance with Company guidelines; define milestone and liaise with accounting for revenue recognition.
- Organizing the project reviews from start to the end of each contract.
Ensure consistency with project teams.
- Analyzing the execution performance and propose action plans to improve contract margin and cash profile as well as corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks
- Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Contributing to project as a team member.
Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months
- Looking after the execution and management of project within the approved budget along with Project Manager.
- Being proactive in managing financial and accounting matters and appropriate actions to improve controls and reporting.
- Ensuring consistent and accurate reporting and forecasting of revenue, cost, progress, schedules, and contingencies.
- Developing strong working relationships with all members of project team and leads the team in financial discussions.
- Assisting project manager in project closure and prepare financial documents for after action reviews.
Developing actions to correct unfavorable variances, mitigate risks, and improve profitability and cash flow
- Providing financial analysis and forecasting for each equipment and upgrade project
- Playing a key role in planning sessions and QMIs, ensuring sound estimates and sensitivities around various scenarios
- Being a partner to the Project Management team, driving operating performance through rigorous analytics and operating mechanisms
- Supporting simplification efforts across the business, the project savings forecasting process and quarter close efforts for revenue and contribution margin
- Participating in projects to drive growth and enhance productivity

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Master of Science degree in Managerial Engineering or in Finance or Accounting
- Analytical skills
- Have fluency in English.
- Be able to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and be able to influence across different teams
- Be a team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever changing, dynamic environment
- Have leadership skills with ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and build trust quickly
- Be able to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner
- Be a team player with an execution driven mindset
- Able to work in unexpected circumstances and/or ambiguous situations
