#ELC Trade Marketing
Trade Marketing is the accelerator of the marketing experience for our Clients. The goals of this team is to "make the dream come true" for all the activations.
The Role You will be responsible for the brand trade plans construction in partnership with the Trade Marketing Manager with the aim of driving, creating and enhancing relationships with key partners. You will also collaborate with different teams, being the spokesperson for the brands with all internal and external stakeholders.
Key Performance Areas Day-by-day relationship with retailers to adapt the marketing according to brand strategy and client ad hoc instruments; Supervise the steps of all the process of production and supplying of Trade materials; Define and execute the analysis of Trade activities in order to define and implement corrective actions; Cooperate with all the corporate functions, mainly Sales and Visual Merchandising, by working closely with agencies and suppliers. Qualifications University degree in Marketing or Equivalent; At least 3 years Marketing experience in a retail / cosmetics or luxury goods company; Passion about beauty world; Expertise with working on different projects at the same time with great attention to retro planning in order to respect time to market; Fluency in English and Italian.
