KC-767A Italy Tanker Program supports the Italian Air Force (ltAF) KC-767A fleet located at **Pratica di Mare, Air Base, Rome Italy.
**This Program is part of the International Government Services of the Boeing Global Services Division.
Boeing Global Services (BGS), is seeking a **Supply Chain Specialist Associate in Pratica di Mare, Air Base, Rome Italy.
**
**The Supply Chain Specialist**:
- Support Supply Chain Management (SCM) planning, organization, execution, and integration activities related to the KC-767 Tanker Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract.
- Interface with the KC-767 Program Management, the Tanker Technical Office the Asset Management Organization, the Supplier Management, forwarders, the warehousing personnel, suppliers and, occasionally, with the customer.
- Handle Production and NON-Production Procurements/Repairs requests and tracks orders.
- Support metrics and assists in identifying orders issues for resolution or referral.
- Enters and tracks delivery requirements and coordinates delivery problem resolution.
- Coordinate activities to support the accurate inventory control of assets and monitor customer requirements/inquiries.
- Tracks the movement of assets and components through the entire repair cycle.
- Adjust and monitor material delivery scheduling based on Production planning requirements as well as unscheduled requirements on different priorities
- Coordinate with supply chain and Trade Control to successfully import and export material between the U.S. and Italy in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
- Work under close supervision, coordinates implementation of supply chain optimization solutions alongside other supply chain support functions in order to better meet customer requirements.
- The Supply Chain Specialist shall have direct contact with other members of the SCM team in USA, and with suppliers located in Germany, USA and Italy.

**Responsibilities**:
- Physical Inventory management and control to conduct large volume of stocktaking, reporting, shelf-life reviews, scrapping dispositions, lead and implement cycle count plan, resolve Inventory accuracy errors and undertake Inventory grief resolution.
- Stock, Store and Issue, repairable, consumables and Hazardous.
- Provide demand and requisition status for all parts and customer owned parts defined by the customer.
- Receiving parts into Warehousing environment.
- Manage local Customs Warehousing logístical transaction documents.
Create and lead Import/Export shipping documentation.
- Inducting Repair of Repairable assets and components into the repair cycle.
- Tracking parts for local and global movements.
- AOG support locally and globally.
- Support periodic Boeing, Customer, and Regulatory warehouse quality and safety audits.
- Check tool kits for serviceability and replace or demand new tools as required.
- Replenish consumable tools kits as required.
- Comply with TULPS requirements and maintain the registry of the parts.
- Support to maintenance teams of part issues and face to face queries.
- Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities that contribute to efficiency.

**Typical Education/ Experience**:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g.
Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
