**What we are looking for**
Amplifon is looking for a talented resource to join the Italy Supply Chain team.
You will work in a truly fast-paced internationalenvironment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.
You will be involved in the following activities:
- Support in identify and pursue process improvement opportunities, with a special focus on inventory management and demand planning
- Analyze and monitorthe KPI's, drive root causeanalysis and lead actions to get to costs/inventory target
- Interact with other departments, manufacturers and country teamsto drive efficiencies
- Identify key areas for business improvement along the key Supply Chain metrics (including cost savingsopportunities, working capital impacts)
- Lead and participate in strategic projects, including process improvements, business cases design and geographic expansion
- Define mid term forecast for a defined set of products, managing the end-to-end flow from forecast to order entry and receipt
- Interact on a daily basis with suppliers in order to monitor and speed up products delivery
- Manage shops request ensuring prompt and exhaustive feedback and support
**What you'll need
- Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Maths, or similar
- Fluent English
- Excellent analytical skills(capacity to build business cases and new business models)
- Ability to prioritize effectively, being comfortable with handling a variety of tasks
- Flexibility, positive and proactive approach, ability to question conventional wisdom
