The main service level KPIs will be the benchmark to lead and evaluate the change (ticket number, on time, quality, …). The main activities will be related to:  Data Monitoring/analysis (, ticket number, SLA, …) Define areas of improvement Define actions/projects required and drive their execution Continuous improvement of dashboards Point of contact for the corporate team External supplier management: KPI and SLA improvement Knowledge Base review and availability  Communication with sales force/network Who we are looking for - years of experience in a similar role Excellent analytical skills Proactivity  Project and Change Management skills Team player attitude  Communication and presentation skills Good knowledge of MS Office suite
