Italy Retail Customer Service InternHi
We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team, and we're looking for an Italy Retail Customer Service Intern. You'll join our Channels Activation Department at Nuvola, our HQ in #Turin, as part of the Customer Service & Demand Planning team.
You will assist customers and sales in the Italian retail channel throughout the entire Order-To-Cash process, providing excellent service that resolves issues quickly and builds lasting relationships based on trust and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:Enter orders and manage customer service inquiries regarding order details and their status.Provide detailed information on products/promotions and answer questions and concerns.Issue corrective documents, read balance sheets, and create reports on business processes and KPIs.Develop proficiency in software that supports order archiving and customer databases.Interact daily with internal stakeholders (especially logistics and sales teams) to provide customer support.Provide accurate, transparent, and consistent responses while maintaining high-quality standards in every point of contact.Requirements:You're available for a 6-month full-time internship, starting in February 2025.You're fluent in Italian and English – international experience is a plus!You have a degree in Economics or Engineering.You have good Excel and PowerPoint skills and are eager to improve them!You're digitally minded and ready to offer a fresh perspective and share your ideas.Our Talent Acquisition Team will assess your application, and if you meet our criteria, you'll be contacted for an initial interview.
