Mission RINA is looking for a Recruiter for its main office in Genoa.
The ideal candidate will join a young and fast-paced environment, managing an end-to-end recruitment process for various sectors.
Job Responsibilities Keeping a constant relationship with the Hiring Managers to understand their needs and even try to anticipate them.
Screening CVs and actively searching for candidates on different platforms (i.e.
LinkedIn), sometimes being creative in identifying new recruitment strategies.
Conducting HR interviews and, when needed, participating in the technical ones.
Providing specific feedback to both the Hiring Manager and the candidates.
Promoting campaigns to attract and engage prospective candidates.
Support in KPIs monitoring.
Experience And Requirements Maximum 2 years of experience in the role.
Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Familiar with different selection tools (behavioral interview, psychometric tests…).
Basic knowledge of Office 365.
Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
Education Master's Degree in Psychology or Economics.
