Here you will be encouraged to act as a leader, find innovative solutions, share your ideas and accept this new exciting challenges: • Lead R&D sourcing activities and processes during new product development;• Support to achieve supplier Quality, Cost and delivery targets and execute Sourcing and Procurement actions in each project;• Presents TCO analysis to support data driven supplier award decisions, collecting and analyzing part and mold cost breakdown;• Support each check point with detailed BOM direct cost analysis bringing evidence of main gaps to CT, escalating to global procurement organization critical cost increase;• Apply commodity sourcing strategy for project components;• Make or buy analysis;• Schedule and coordinate the prototyping of tools and product samples (Alpha, Beta and Pilot build) assuring suppliers OTD commitment;• Ensure all project check point phases closure on time;• Supplier tooling management for NPD projects (Mould negotiations, mold cost breakdown analysis, confirmation of possession of Datasensing materials);• Implementing technical saving initiatives Qualifications The most engaging way to make a difference. Your skills will be valued along with the following expertise: • Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or Physics or High School diploma with relevant experience in complex similar organizations in sourcing & procurement. MCIPS or Master considered as a plus;• 3 years of Strategic Sourcing/Commodity Management/ Project Sourcing / Procurement in Electronic/Industrial/Automotive field• Languages: Italian, English (business fluent);• Capability to interact technically with R&D team• Capability to define and implement commodity strategies;• Competence in contract and supplier agreements;• Precision, analytical thinking, excellent timing and priority management;• Excellent team player and collaborative style in an international environment;• Strong excel skills;• Good technical knowledge of mechanical parts and electronics components and PCB as a plus;• Good knowledge of SAP is a plus.
