**About the job**:
Italy People Business Partner will act as a strategic partner and advisor to the leadership teams of General Medicines Business Unit, Supply Chain and Finance.
**Main responsibilities**
- Translate business strategy and objectives into actionable and measurable people agenda.
Ensure people objectives aligned with GBU/Function objectives locally and globally
- Co-drive work force planning exercise with concrete outcome related to roles and capabilities evolution, recruitment plans, ways of working and organization evolution
- Actively contribute to in-country business agenda, including business reviews, budget planning
- (Co-) Drive in-country projects to overcome people challenges or build capability
- Actively contribute to above-country people agenda, promoting Global collaboration
- Define and drive talent agenda with local leadership teams.
Establish regular talent discussions/ reviews, build solid and diverse succession pipeline (internal & external) to the critical roles in the organization, constantly improve talent management experience
- Hold people managers accountable for their people's development
- Support hiring to ensure diverse talent in the organization
- Leverage people data and analytics to drive people agenda and be a voice of customer for any global initiative
- Promote D&I, internal Culture and Leadership behaviors through in-country initiatives.
Encourage leaders to 'walk the talk' those behaviors
- Social Relations management: build and maintain high quality social dialogue with Unions representatives in order to drive the HR agenda, coordinating
- Ensure processes are compliant with local regulations and partner with local compliance to manage potential compliance cases
