We are looking for an intern to join the Italy Purchasing team based in Milan. The successful candidate, directly reporting to the Purchasing Manager, will provide valued support performing the following activities:
Negotiation with groups of suppliers.Processing of reports for the Headquarters (purchasing data analysis, volumes and price analysis).SAP update and invoice monitoring.Support in the management of purchases relating to the Merlino Plant (Lodi) for specific orders.With the proper tutoring, the intern will learn the skills related to the effective management of suppliers in the role of a Purchasing Specialist and gain an increasing level of autonomy in the following skills:
Application of techniques for managing commercial relations with suppliers.Elements of contracts with suppliers.Use of IT tools for purchasing management (SAP and Excel).Who are we looking for?
