#ELC Marketing Assistant Kilian Paris & EdP Frederic Malle The Role The selected resource will be placed within the marketing team of the brands Kilian Paris and Editions De Parfums Frédéric Malle and will collaborate with the team and corporate functions in the implementation of activities, market analysis and competition, in the implementation of below-the-line materials as well as in the daily operational management. Responsibility: Processing and analysis of sales-in data and launch trends (Power BI) Processing and analysis of brand/market/competition data, both qualitative and quantitative Support for the creation of documents and presentations for internal and external meetings (presentations for customers, canvass with agents) Support in the creation and definition of materials for the sale of new product launches Support in planning and management of forecasting and pricing activities Development and support of promotional activities, trade and events in the stores Support in the planning and implementation of social and digital activities of the brand Support for online activation on e-retailers sites Support CRM activations QualificationsBachelor's in economics and/or Marketing Data analysis skills Good knowledge of Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Excellent written and spoken English Ability to relate and work in groups Analytical and planning skills Initiative, strong problem solving and autonomy in the management of their tasks
