#ELC ISE Assistant The Role The ISE Assistant develops retail plans on the perimeter of specific retailers with the aim of maximizing sell-out, in line with The Estée Lauder Companies' commercial and brand strategy.
In particular, the resource will have to contribute to the skincare acceleration of the Estée Lauder and Clinique brands, to the implementation of the Premium Skincare project and to the development of the Luxury Fragrances category.
Key Performance Area Development of the retail plan for reference customers.
Management of planning and implementation of activities in coordination with brands.
Creation of a monthly monitoring of ISE activity performance by brand, retailer and area.
Creation of a quarterly monitoring of the main competitors.
Support in the preparation of canvass, sales and brand deep dive meetings.
Qualifications Degree in Economics or similar.
At least 6 months of experience in the field.
Microsoft Excel e Power Point advanced users.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Positive attitudes and great attention to detail.
Flexibility and problem solving .
