#ELC Consumer Marketing The Role The figure we are looking for will be part of the Estée Lauder Marketing team, supporting the Consumer Marketing Manager in carrying out the team's 360° communication activities.
In particular, the internship collaborates in the development and implementation of the Marketing plan and in the design and implementation of the brand's earned, paid and owned communication projects, with particular attention to the direct relationship with the consumer - social listening, social interaction and tracking.
It also supports the function in market and competition analysis by providing ideas and opportunities, in the implementation of plans as well as in daily operational management.
Responsibility: Support for the development, implementation and tracking of communication campaigns.
Management of interaction with the consumer via social listening, community management, surveys.
Processing and analysis of market, competition and launch data.
Meeting preparation, business review.
Qualifications Graduate or undergraduate in Economics / Communication.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Previous internship experience.
Knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Canva.
Strong passion and interest in the world of beauty and digital.
Strong predisposition for interaction and teamwork.
