**Key Accountabilities**
- Support the administrative employment management process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Collection, drafting, and recording of documentation related to the employment relationship (employment contracts, relocations, changes in contractual conditions, etc.).
- Management of intern enrollments.
- Manage the personnel database software and the electronic storage of personnel files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR databases.
- Collaborate in the development of HR policies and procedures to enhance overall HR effectiveness.
**Education**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Finance Management
- Master's Degree in Economics or Law
**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in similar roles
- Proficient in Office 365
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong team working skills and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Success Factors software will be a plus
