RINA is currently recruiting for an Italy HR Employment Administrator to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Human Resources Division.
MissionThe ideal candidate will support the administrative process of employment management, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Key AccountabilitiesSupport the administrative employment management process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Collection, drafting, and recording of documentation related to the employment relationship (employment contracts, relocations, changes in contractual conditions, etc.).Management of intern enrollments.Manage the personnel database software and the electronic storage of personnel files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR databases.Collaborate in the development of HR policies and procedures to enhance overall HR effectiveness.EducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance Management
Master's Degree in Economics or Law
