MissionSupport the managing administrative employment process, granting compliance with legal requirements.
Key AccountabilitiesSupport the managing administrative employment process, granting compliance with legal requirements.Collecting, drafting and recording documentation concerning the employment relationship (employment contracts, relocations, changes in contractual conditions, etc.).Managing enrolment of interns internships.Managing personnel database software and electronic storage of personnel files, ensuring timely and effective updating of HR databases.Participating in drawing up policies and procedures on HR related matters.EducationMaster's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Law.
