Are you ready to embrace your future with POP MART?Key Responsibilities:We are looking for a proactive, assertive, take-charge person to join our company as General Manager for the division in ITALY.Faithfully executing the business plans, achieving planned PL objectives of the division in ITALY.Leads, manages, and holds the leadership team in ITALY accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.Resolves issues effectively, seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems, and solving the problems in a practical and healthy manner.Ensures the leadership team in ITALY is healthy, functional, and cohesive.Ensures that everyone is truly following, and adhering to, the company's core processes and operating system with consistency.Dependably demonstrates a relentless obsession with executing with excellence, values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity.Effectively collaborates with the stakeholders confirming key messages are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization.Being a culture carrier by enabling/supporting employee engagement and retention for team in ITALY.Qualifications:Citizenship or Work Permit is required.Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.)
preferred – preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related subject.Minimum 8 years of sales, marketing, or other commercial business experience, with 3 years or above at managerial position - preferably in the world of branded, premium furnishings sold to trade clients (interior designers and corporations) as well as directly to end-users.Demonstrated competency in driving B2C sales/marketing, and the management/development of 3rd party distributors.It's all about PEOPLE!We love to nurture and grow our talents!
