The Role
The Consumer Marketing role is in charge of ensuring that our Consumer Message is aligned and clear in all Consumer Touch Points and defining a 360° Consumer Strategy: mapping and understanding the consumer journey and defining an adequate marketing plan integrating all media channels and ensuring Advertising & Promotion mix optimization supporting the marketing strategy.
Key Performance Areas Create and share ideas and challenges in cross brand meetings Drive presentations to show projects to the different stakeholders Build local launch plans and local product offerings if relevant in collaboration with Trade Marketing Be responsible for campaigns (Event Management, timing of campaigns and tracking) Proactively seek ways to manage consumer relations in line with global activities and to look for locally relevant causes and engage in activities across various touch points. Contribute to Visual Merchandising decision-making, in particular regarding launches Support Marketing budget activities on a daily basis and define A&P budget and optimize it Develop reports and analysis for all campaigns, with attention to A&P ROI, in order to improve marketing effectiveness Qualifications Degree in Marketing or equivalent Experience in marketing roles preferably in FMCG and beauty professional sectors. Strong digital consumer approach and strategic accountability in marketing, otherwise excellent analytical, creative and decision-making skills Good communication skills – including understanding how to clearly communicate messages to consumers and key stakeholders Willingness to lead, test, learn and challenge the status quo and ability to lead a cross-functional team and interface with international markets Please be aware that in this phase you will be contacted in case of a positive outcome for a first interview appointment.
