Our brands make a difference when people talk about them naturally as Mrs. Estee Lauder, the iconic and original influencer, did more than 70 years ago. The RoleYou will be the expert for our fragrances brands for earned media plan: where to play, PR strategy, influencers management, KPIs tracking, align with brand digital strategy and owned and paid media. Maps and scouts' influencers and builds long-term productive relationship with influencers, PR and earned media agencies and you will take care of briefs the external stakeholder. Key Performance Areas Manages PR & Influencers relationships and activations; Participates in the Brands' overall media strategy and be the point of contact for the earned media strategy; Executes campaigns, including content co-creation with influencers; Coordinates media partnerships, events, press-tours ecc; Tracks KPI's monitoring of the work done by influencers and proactively identifies and reports to brand team changes in influencers data; QualificationsRequirements Minimum 7 years ofexperience in digital, media and\or influencer agencies with a luxury goods or FMCG knowledge; Experience working with social media platforms and tools; Strong interest in trends and new technology; Strong communication skills including understanding how to clearly communicate messages to consumer and key stakeholders; SEO and data driven, with the ability to switch fast to new trends and consumer habits; Fluency in English and Italian.
