Our client, a leading global chemical company, is expanding its team in Italy and is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen their market presence.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities , focusing on clients within industries such as automotive, construction, electronics, and specialty chemicals that utilize silane products.
Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and increase market share in Italy.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and offering customized solutions.
Provide in-depth knowledge of silane products and applications, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to clients for a competitive edge in the market.
Partner closely with product development, marketing, and technical support teams to align on product offerings and address customer requirements.
Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities in the silane sector.
Minimum Requirements: 5+ Years in business development or sales within the chemical industry, with a proven track record in silane product sales strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of silane chemistry and its applications across various industries.
Fluency in Italian and English is essential for client interaction and internal communication.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally internationally as required.
