Responsibilities Provide exceptional technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
Stay updated on product information, services, and company policies to ensure accurate support.
Adhere to established procedures and quality standards during customer interactions.
Requirements Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with software, hardware, and basic networking principles.

Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
