Responsibilities

Provide technical support to Italian-speaking customers
Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Assist customers with technical issues, installations, and configurations

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Prior experience in technical support or a related field
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset and ability to provide exceptional customer service
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
