As an ItalianSpeaking Reservations Agent you will be responsible for managing reservations and providing outstanding customer service to our Italianspeaking guests.
Your primary duties will include: Location: Mosta Malta This vacancy is currently offering a signing bonus of 2000 after the first month of employment.
Some of your tasks may include: Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone email and online platforms.
Assist guests in making modifying and canceling reservations accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all reservations are processed accurately in the booking system.
Manage room inventory and maximize occupancy through effective yield management techniques.
Provide personalized assistance to Italianspeaking guests addressing their inquiries concerns and special requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications: Italian C2 level English C1 level minimum Previous experience in reservations customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer applications including reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
