Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries related to order statuses, deliveries, and discrepancies.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in order processing.Resolve order-related issues such as cancellations, returns, and exchanges.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Provide feedback and suggestions to improve order support operations.
