Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service in Italian, addressing inquiries and offering tailored support to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Guide customers through their shopping journey, effectively communicating product advantages and features. Address customer feedback and resolve any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and elevate the customer experience. Stay informed about the latest luxury trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance. Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising to create an enticing shopping environment. Requirements Fluency in Italian, with strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Experience in retail, customer service, or luxury brand environments is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a diverse customer base. A passion for luxury brands with an understanding of customer expectations in a high-end retail context. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing needs.
