**The job: Italian HR Shared Services Representative**
Our HR shared services function is growing, and we have an opportunity for a professional who is fluent in English and Italian language to join the team.
As an HR Specialist you will focus on the delivery of the day-to-day activities of a country within the EMEA Shared Service Centre.
Ensuring quality of service and operational performance by working within the HRSS documented processes and working with appropriate metrics and dashboards.
You will be responsible for escalating questions and issues to the Region Lead on centre-supported services such as Benefits, Payroll, HR policies & procedures.
**What will you do?
**
- Deliver first line support for all HR queries across the spectrum of the employee lifecycle from new hires to employees leaving the business.
- Maintain information, resources, manuals and policies for assigned countries.
- Deliver HR support in line with local employment legislation.
- Ensure administrative compliance with local regulations and authorities.
- Responsible for the accurate filing and storing of employee data according to the respective data protection requirements.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Prior experience working in a HR shared service centre
- Previous experience in Benefits, Payroll, general HR or customer services preferred
- Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Process improvement skills (desirable but not essential)
- Fluent in Italian and English
