Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service in Italian across various communication channels' including phone' email' and live chat' addressing inquiries about our exclusive luxury offerings.
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing process' offering guidance' answering product questions' and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism' striving to ensure that every customer leaves with a positive impression.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to ensure consistent and high-quality service.

Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken.
