In this key role' you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers' assisting them with inquiries related to our transportation offerings.
Your fluency in Italian will empower you to provide personalized support that ensures a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
Responsibilities - Engage with customers in Italian through various communication channels' including phone' email' and chat' addressing inquiries about transportation services.
- Assist clients with booking processes' itinerary changes' and resolving any service-related issues.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally' striving for effective and timely resolutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately while maintaining comprehensive records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and transportation partners to escalate complex issues and ensure swift resolutions.
- Stay informed about the latest transportation trends and service offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and fostering loyalty within our transportation services.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support' particularly in transportation' travel' or hospitality sectors' is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with transportation services and booking systems is an advantage.
